WHY THIS DISCRIMINATION THROUGH CTET and KVS?

CTET, just an examination started with the credit that our country’s 95% of teachers are not eligible to be teachers in real as they have not cleared CTET.
Why to clear CTET? When we have already cleared B.Ed with practical activity and one-two years of rigorous classes and preparations. What is this value, after becoming the teacher to qualify another examination preparing at home and paying for it Rs 500 or more. Was it justice to show and publish the incapability of not qualifying in a written test which was designed time wise more tougher than IAS prelims.
O.K, now  the authority realised the actual fault in the system of examination. Instead of abolishing it made a rule of increased time up to 2 hr and 30 minutes instead of 1 hr 30 minutes. But, what for this exam? CBSE answered – this is for the minimum aligibility for the teacher’s appointment in govt. Sector like KVS and NVS and so on. Private schools may take it as essential but not compulsory.
After long waiting for 3 years KVS advertisement came. I became very happy to apply for TGT post as I have qualified CTET. But as I noticed my age crossed as per requirement of 35. My age just crossed 1 month more than 35 as required. So my CTET qualification got meaningless and valueless award.
Why PGTs are free from that exam? Are they not teachers? Are they not under the perview of education? Are they not dealing with the students? CTET must include the three types of teachers PRT, TGT and PGT.
If Kendriya Vidyalaya is under HRD ministry, under Indian constitution rule, all teachers are same in getting a job in KVS. Why there is no age bar for KVS teachers in applying in TGT and PGT in KVS. If all are equal why govt. Servant’s age bar extends upto 5- 10 years in applying for KVS?
All these discriminations must be taken in to account carefully by the government. As a citizen we should think appropriately about the necessity of such an examination.
